Please note payment is taken at point of order and we will usually have your goods with you within 4 working days once availability is confirmed - many parcels arrive next day. Should there be a significant delay we will contact you.
Returns
There is an address label on your delivery note, please obtain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returns. Please note Cotton Traders do not cover the cost of returns postage. The quality of our goods has never been higher but we will refund promptly if necessary.
